These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Website. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
3. Purchasing and Redeeming Class Packs
3.1 Class packs purchased from the Website can be redeemed for specific Pilates classes. The details of these classes, including their value in class pack credits, will be detailed on the Website.
3.3 Depending on the type of class, a class pack will be the only option to pay for the class. If you do not have any class credits then you will be redirected to the normal card payment page.
3.3 The class pack credits have no expiry date and are non-refundable.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
4.1 You can book a class using a payment card or by redeeming class pack credits.
4.2 You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the class begins and receive a full refund as applicable.
4.3 If you cancel a class within 24 hours of the start time, you will not be liable for a full refund. This includes the used of a class pack credit. Please see the cancellation policy for more inforation.
5. Personal Data
5.1 In order to use the Service, you will be required to provide specific personal data, which includes but is not limited to: first name, last name, address, email, and phone number.
5.2 The use and protection of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from here.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we will do our best to ensure that our Service is uninterrupted and error-free, we cannot guarantee this due to the nature of the Internet. We also reserve the right to alter or remove content, or take down the website at any time, without prior notice.
